Big Change Coming to KBM...

Coming to your inbox today with a big announcement for the future of KBM.

The heart of Keeping Balance Method is always going to be sustainable movement for women. The cyclical workouts + programs that you've come to love aren't going anywhere - in fact, they're only going to continue to grow.

However, the current app platform we use doesn't have the capability to hold the vision for KBM. The content? On point. The technology? Notsomuch. Which means...

KBM App 2.0 is coming soon! 🎉

That's right - new technology that has the functionality + feel the KBM community deserves.

Here's what this means for you:

  • A cleaner, sleeker design for a better user experience
  • Search ability and workout filters, so you can easily find exactly what you need
  • Improved workout tracking + editing
  • Scheduling to help with accountability
  • Habit tracking to supplement your fitness goals

...and so much more. This is truly just the beginning!

In fact, I just wrapped up the Beta Test for the new version and the feedback was amazing! One user asked, "can I just switch NOW?!" 🤩

The goal of KBM is always to put the user first, so the driving factor behind this decision is to help you thrive in and out of the gym. This upgrade is everything I imagined for KBM and the beautiful people who bring it to life.

I'm SO excited for you to see what I've been working on for you! But for now...

Here are the important details you need to know:

  • Existing KBM members will migrate in early-mid November.
  • The current KBM app will remain open and available to you until then - if there's any important tracking info you wanted to save, I recommend taking screenshots now!
  • If you joined through Apple or Google, you will get a separate email from me about how to get on board with the new and improved app.
  • For everyone else, you will be migrated seamlessly. All you'll have to do is open your email invite, create a password, and carry on!

One of the most important things to me is that you feel in-the-know so that there are no surprises - so expect to receive a lot of communication from me leading up to the launch! If you have ANY questions, please respond to this email or hit me up on IG! Otherwise, stay tuned for more details!
